Solid Thought Corporation produced the Slimer Edition resin statue for Sony and Atari to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Ghostbusters and the release of the new video game. Distributed by Amazon STC produced 6500 limited edition collectibles that pre-sold out before the game's official release on June 16, 2009.
Slimer was sculpted by Kristina Lucas Francis and art directed by Steve Johnson, the original sculptor for the film.
Ghost sign base was sculpted by Paul Francis.
1000 limited edition pieces were made with full color box and DVD.
Box art and COA was designed by Thomas Steves with art direction from Steve Johnson and Paul Francis.
